Who is KlevjoG for?
Engineering, maintenance and field-service companies that need to coordinate jobs, engineers, customers and equipment.
Can engineers use their phones?
Yes. The browser-based app supports assigned jobs, reports, photos, timesheets and personal documents on mobile. No separate app-store installation is required.
Can several engineers work on one job?
Yes. Assign multiple engineers to the same job and visit. They share the main report while their individual attendance and time remain separate.
How does the free trial work?
Request a 30-day trial without a card. We review the company request and send an activation invitation if approved. The trial starts when the invited Company Admin activates the account.
Are company and employee documents private?
Access is checked against the company, user and permissions. Employees normally see only their own personal documents. Company Admins control additional access.
Does KlevjoG calculate payroll?
No. It manages timesheets and securely stores payroll documents prepared by your accountant or external payroll software. It does not calculate payroll taxes or make HMRC submissions.
What happens at my storage limit?
New uploads stop, but normal text records and viewing or downloading existing files remain available. An authorised company user can review storage and choose which files to remove.
What happens when my trial or subscription expires?
Your company is not automatically deleted. Authorised users can reach the subscription area to arrange renewal. Available access depends on the account status; contact support if you need help.
